Confidentiality and Data Security: as the National Platform of Greece for Impact Investing, the HIIN guarantees that your organization’s detailed information will stay safe and will be subject to strict confidentiality principles applied by specific experts committed and bound to the project. The details published will be the name and address of your organization, its website and the theme or industry. Certain special publication rules may also apply upon your own request (contact us after your submission). All other data will be aggregated.
Purpose & Scope
The Hellenic Impact Map & Report is a vital survey and tool for Greece’s impact economy. It is a coordinated attempt to map, study, and benchmark the Greek impact investing ecosystem, fully aligned with the latest standards of impact mapping methodologies. We identify opportunity clusters, provide information on capital flows, offer a policy roadmap, and illuminate voices from industry experts and thought leaders from Greece and abroad.
The Hellenic Impact Investing Network (HIIN), as the official National Platform for Impact Investing in Greece, under the auspices of the global GSG Impact and in collaboration with Impact Tips and Impact Europe, conducts the country’s impact and sustainability ecosystem mapping, as a part of a larger european initiative alongside the efforts of other National Platforms across Europe that feed directly into European Impact Mapping statistics.

Greece’s First National Impact Report
The first coordinated attempt to map, study, and benchmark the Greek impact investing ecosystem
The 1st Hellenic Impact Report “The Emergence of the Greek Impact Economy” was published in 2025 and is the result of years of direct market observation and data collection by the HIIN, Greece’s Οfficial National Platform for Impact Investing.
It includes a coordinated research effort conducted in 2024 with our industry partners, involves targeted surveys of investors and startups, ecosystem mapping, and contains many qualitative interviews. 150 pages of compact, carefully segmented informative content about the emergence of the impact investing ecosystem in Greece.

This is not just a report. It is a strategic reference point for understanding the evolving impact landscape in Greece. It provides a data rich analysis of the ecosystem and a thorough benchmarking against its European peers, a real baseline from which Greece’s impact economy can thrive. Spearheaded by the HIIN, this report establishes Greece for the first time on the European Impact Map, in line with the mapping methodology of leading European and global organizations.
In this report we highlight impact investing as a powerful lever for systemic change and one of the most vital tools in driving progress towards UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Greece is moving towards a more sustainable economic model, and this report is a useful tool for the public and the private ecosystems to learn, get inspired and collaborate to mobilize capital for environmental and social good.
